Hi there! Welcome to my blog. My name is Ivan. I am a Dutch IT Professional working as Principal IT Consultant. Since upgrade to WordPress 2.8 “Flickr Manager” plugin stopped to work. I was able to upload my files to Flickr but failed to insert the picture into my posts or pages. 
As Flickr Pro member and WordPress fan I love this extension into WordPress. Today a found solution on my problem.
- Flickr Manager (2.8) A modified version of Flickr Manager for wordpress to work with wordpress 2.8

I had upgrade my version to 2.8.3 and the plugin doesn’t work, like before… simple doesn’t do anything when you choose insert into post
