Lenovo ThinkVantage Fingerprint Software: My first week

Originally published Last updated

In this screencast, I go through the installation of Lenovo Fingerprint Software. The fingerprint reader is included in our new global Lenovo T61p model at work, and I am the first to try this technology hands-on.

It is amazing how much this has evolved over the past few years. After using the reader for one week, I would personally install it on every office computer. Do not register the same finger with two different accounts: use one for the administrator account and another for the normal user account.
